Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Executive, your primary responsibilities include -
handling the end to end process of hiring, including calling potential candidates, coordinating with internal teams for scheduling interviews, etc.
We will provide training to enable you to succeed in this role. This role has very high visibility within the company, and the CEO looks into this directly
Skillsets Expected:
Attention to details
Fast learner
Data Interpretation Skills
Ability to follow processes
Good communication (Written and verbal)
Working knowledge of computer
Requirements:
Candidates who completed their Graduation on 2016, 2017 or 2018
What We offer:
1.90 LPA (Cash-in-hand approx. 12k/Month)
The office timings are 9 am to 7 pm with no work beyond that and only 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
Provident Fund and Medical Insurance benefits under the ESI Act
The office is equipped with amenities like AC, free coffee, pantry etc
